Chef Kyle Puddester was born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Kyle began his culinary
career when he graduated from the College of The North Atlantic’s Culinary Program in 2008.
Since, then Kyle has had the opportunity to work in some of the top restaurants in St. John’s
and has also lived in Nova Scotia honing his craft and expanding his knowledge.
Currently Kyle along with his wife Kayla O’Brien, have opened Fork located in rural Mobile,
Newfoundland, (30 minutes outside the capital city) on a beautiful and scenic 5-acre property.
Fork is a small 30 seat restaurant with a quality over quantity approach utilizing locally sourced and on
site farmed ingredients to produce creative and flavourful dishes.
